It's sad to see how three of the biggest highlights of XY (Greninja, Ash's competence and Serena's crush) ended up being for nothing. And then you have Alan going full Gary Stu, and the TF arc not living up to all the hype.

In the end, the only things that the XY&Z finale hasn't marred have been the qt girls and the Bonnie fillers.
