Hey guys, what if the prophecy that foretold Greninja and Ashs important role has a bigger effect that we haven't thought of yet.

What if the events of Team Flare cause a new Legend of the Hero Greninja to be written.

Think of it, everyone knows about AshGreninja because of the League and saw how powerful it was. To then later learn that it stopped the destruction of Kalos would set it up as something that could go down in history.

Ash doesn't win the League, but he gets cemented as a hero of Kalos and stories about him get told through the rest of time.

Dude, that can mean a thousand things. Since we have no control over time, it probably means that they actually went to the future.

Then again, it just says that they went TOWARDS the future. Something that vague can mean that maybe they just teleported somewhere else and are working on cracking some new tech that shouldn't be available until the future.

This is all assuming the translation is accurate, which is practically impossible since they're literally two different languages. There's rarely perfect equivalents in different languages.

I feel like it could be something big that Ash does, but then again when we thought something big would happen we were disappointed.

It says Ash and Alan reach the core of the Megalith so I'm expecting him and Greninja to attempt to destroy it which may cause something to happen to them considering that the Start from Zero episode has no mention of Ash in the summary but that of a "boy".
