Minor update, just throwing out a post to start the night. Ritsu reached level 13 so she finally has a STAB move now. Gave Rachel the Pluck TM because I've never actually used the Zubat line ever before now and I'd rather not spend any more time entrusting her to the RNG of Supersonic/Astonish hax.

I think I'm pretty solidly set moving forward so long as Ritsu and Breezy don't bite the dust. Going to go take on the Galactic goons now.

Update, we're halfway through Rocket Takeover. I beat Petrel without any losses (difficult though) but barely took out silver. His Gengar took out Aggron with a thunder which SUCKED but oh well. I'm debating on the last member. Graveler, Raticate, Skorupi, or Riolu Egg? Whatever I choose is going to have to be grinded up to level 50 because I know I can't just go in with 5+an HM slave at this point. The main issue with graveler is the grass weakness, because everything has fucking energy ball and everything with energy ball also has psychic for weezing.

Raticate is fastest
Drapion gives me a psychic immunity and I have 3 ground immunities for that weakness.

Drove Team Galactic out of Floraroma and the Windworks. Encountered a Shellos there, but Rachel killed it with a crit. Had a fucking close call with a crit from Mars's Purugly leaving Ritsu at a mere 2 HP.

Traveled up Route 205 and caught a Bui. Ritsu and Breezy evolved along the way. Met Cheryl (I think that was her name) and traveled through Eterna Forest. Had another close call due to my own idiocy when a Gust from a Bug Catcher's Beautifly left Ricky with 1 HP. Lost Lucy to the double Psychic encounter when the opposing Psyduck landed a crit Confusion on her. Buizel was going to get boxed but I guess she's on the team now.

Made into Eterna City, updated the template.

Finally worked out the new update since I haven't made one in a few days. I did some serious training on Route 15/16 and the Lost Hotel. Everyone's getting really strong, and I got some good captures too. I think I'm heading towards the Frost Cavern next, but I remember very little about the upcoming parts of the game. Last time I nuzlocke'd Y I wiped to Lysandre. Not sure what my team was like back then, but I think I'm ready for him when he comes around this time.

Another short update since I just got to Anistar City. Managed to not lose anyone in the Frost Cavern, and had some great catches. If one of my team members goes down, Son of Oink is gonna fufill his father's legacy from my Platinum run and become a strong Mamoswine. The fighting type trainers in Frost Cavern gave some trouble, but Plebbit could handle them when I decided to play it safe and use her. Next up is a rival battle and Anistar gym. Here's hoping we don't get trashed.

This is what will face Pryce. Diana has a Scarf and Close Combat, I hope this is enough to outspeed and OHKO everything bar Froslass, which he will surely have. I predict an Abomasnow lead, so I taught Starman Rain Dance so he can come in on Froslass, Rain Dance to make Snow Cloak fuck off and make Blizzard inaccurate, and hopefully beat Froslass. Alternatively, I will just let my Hariyama hopefully do some damage then have someone else finish it off. Lazarus has a Sash and can also do something if absolutely necessary (once hail is gone, of course)

Now goes full restore. Wasted cause in the same turn I put him down. Then he goes with Jynx. So ice, not water. That's a relief. Threw in Perish song before getting OHKO'd. I'd switch, but the next one is Abomasnow. The last one is another Walrein and I'm getting a Glacia deja vu. Switch to Scizor. SD a bit then Iron Head the fuck out of this fucker. First one down. Houndoom at about 2/3 hp, Scizor slightly below half, the other 4 full. Not bad.

I swear, this is probably one of two moves he knows, second being Slash. After a few turns of dodgeball I manage to Psychic him down, to be greeted by Mienshao. Psychic'd down. Conkeldurr. Same. Machamp. Same. The bad thing is Mewtwo is down to 1/4 hp due to Life orb. Still three fresh mons though.

Two Psychics and he's down, thanks to wasting turn 1 on Aqua ring, but Life Orb leaves Mewtwo with 22 hp. So, in overall, three pokes left in red, one in low green, two fresh. This one actually had some good type coverages, and it fuckin' hurt. Not sure if I can make it to Iris if I don't get some lucky typing.

So I wiped on a Lunatone of all things in my previous BSplat run. My team was either weak to it's Ice Beam or Psychic so I was fucked.

So here's my retry, as Dawn this time. Names are shitty, like Pokémon Stadion shitty.

Mimey killed a Ralts I could catch, guess he wants to be the only psychic type.

Already lost my first catch to a crit, not a good sign. RIP Biddy.

Just arrived in Odeburgh. Going to train my mons to a decent level and hopefully add some new members.

Next, Kyurem. Fuck no, not going with Leafeon for this one. Switch to Scizor. I think I'm going to just switch after every poke to make it true 6vs6. Kyurem has Life Orb. SD, Iron Head, he also has 0 hp. Next goes Druddigon. Versus Lapras. Lucky paralyze on first Body Slam. Unlucky crit on Superpower. First victim of the champion fight. Getting the Golurk. Thanks to paralyze he was faster, one EQ was enough. Next, Dragonite. Throwing Scizor against him. I pull out one Swords Dance thanks to his Safeguard, but he's faster. Getting a Full restore, just in case. He pulls a Wing Attack that would kill me otherwise. Whew. Another exchange, WA for Iron Head and we both in red. She full restores, I use it to pull another SD. I full restore, she WAs, she Aqua Tails, I have a clear KO with Iron head... But no, Focus Sash. Then I restore and in the next turn finish off. Wish I had Bullet Punch, I wouldn't have to heal, but decided to keep Iron Head instead. Oh well. Final round, Houndoom versus Haxorus. We both left starters for last, how poetic. OHKO'd by a critical Foul Play, how not poetic. Oh well, fuck how, I AM THE UNOVA CHAMPION, BABY.

Just beat Hugh but had a close call with his Tepig critting Trashrat to 2HP! I missed out on my 2nd encounter cause Trashrat critted the Pidove but getting a Riolu in the ranch more than makes up for it. Things are looking good so far.

I'm thinking it's gonna be that way. None of my Pokemon can tank two hits from Gyarados, so whoever is out when that Gyarados comes out may have to be sacrificed so I can outspeed him with the next one. Probably gonna make it my Granbull. I figure Granbull can take Mienshao, and will bait out Gyarados due to being weak to Iron Head.

Just a quick update to start the night, just arrived in Hearthome. No real solid plan for Fantina, the only SE attacks I have are Farrah's Pursuit and Hikaru's Knock Off. I'm a bit disappointed in him, at first I was excited to find a Gligar because I've never had one before, but goddamn is he useless.

Got a Chingling from Mt. Coronet, and my Route 208 encounter was a Ralts, but it teleported away. Going to get my team up to par and challenge Fantina, next update then.

Are Wonderlocke runs allowed in here? Just cleared my Y cart and have always been interested in doing one.

So uh.. Cheren had a Bulk Up Throh. With Storm Throw. Plus a few other things like Slam Donphan and a few other things.

I don't fucking know HOW, but Bellwether survived a +2 Storm Throw from full with 1 hp, got the static paralysis, and managed to take it down with Electro Ball thanks to the paralysis's speed drop. Praise Amphy. and rip Dante ;-;

Depends on your opinion. Personally, I don't count any nuzlocke rules until after I receive Pokeballs. Most here seem to count the first rival battle as a white out if you lose to them though.

Chuck was defeated by Ramjet, DuckKing helped to clean the gym but he was almost useless against Chuck's team. it's stupid how Drayano changed Luxio/Luxray into an electric/dark Pokemon but Golduck is still pure water.

I'm running out of space on my chart, because my Pokémon never die.

Just lost wynaut... I would have fled or switched him out, but I guess the game thought it would be cute to send a trapinch at him. Damn arena trap.

So after doing a fuckton of grinding (probably a little more than I need to but I still didn't overlevel the gym even after going through it), Fantina went down without too much trouble.

Then again the team really came together for it. Rachel evolved just after the second trainer, so there was no chance of me being outspeeded if I needed something down right away, Hikaru was actually fucking useful for once now that he has Faint Attack, and Farrah evolved and learned Crunch just before reaching Fantina, which allowed her to 2HKO her Mismagius. All in all a good performance, updating the template.
