Just played through Gates for the first time. It's funny how hard they try not to mention the protagonist's gender through the main story and then in the end say you're a guy.

Why is Stone Tree Mountain so bullshit? 120 Attack AND the Wildfire Looplet, and it STILL takes at least 2 hits to KO - and that's with super-effective attacks. I don't have enough wands to go through 40 floors. What is wrong with this game?

Just finished GTI's main story and epilogue today. Despite its gameplay flaws that everyone should know at this point and that made me put the game on hiatus several times (one lasting 5 months before the story picked up), I really loved the story (more specifically the characters). I legitimately cried 3 times during the later quests. Having played PSMD before all of this, I got kinda disappointed by how they straight recycled some non-core PMD elements (like what the fuck Dark Matter is literally Bittercold without the ice and with sPooKy spEEk, even the Never Give Up thing was there). Although I got really attached to my partner on SMD, I wish they do it more like this where it doesn't revolve only around you and your partners but we have multiple members for almost the entirety of the game and with almost equal importance and development. >tfw I was spoiled by SMD that Munna was deceiving me the entire time. At least she dropped it as soon as I got to her, because if it was some Nuzleaf-like shit I'd be really mad. Speaking of Munna, kinda bummed that she had no appearance later, would be kinda cool after she redeemed herself.

I don't think the game deserves to be shat as much as it is, sure it's not worth 40 bucks and I wouldn't have played without CFW, but still, I enjoyed the story a lot and it had some interesting ideas at least (the paradise thing had a lot of potential for one).

Now having this finished, I should resume my SMD post-epilogue, which I had put on hold until I finished this (I'm one of the Snivy/Fennekin guys from long ago who sacrificed his save to downgrade is 3DS, doubt anyone remembers but still).

How is Shinx in sky?

So i just finished the story of Sky and it was pretty good, altough it didnt hit me as hard as Rescue team because i knew my character wasnt really dead and ive got some inquiries:

*can you still switch the leader of the team?
*is flygon worthless?
*wath is the best way to train mons?
