I haven't actually checked the IVs yet. It has a really shitty nature though, so I'm not interested in its stats.
I just finished X with it, a level 80 Linoone at this point. It's the first wild shiny encounter I've ever had, found it in the first route, and it ended up completely overshadowing the shiny Beedrill I hatched just to play through X with. Pretty neat.
I've hatched thousands of eggs for perfect shinies but this is easily my favourite shiny now.

I never actively hunt Shinys, but I always have weirdly good luck with finding Shinys during horde encounters.

I chanced upon a Shiny Swablu just the other day. Now he's a lv.100 Shiny Altaria. Shame his nature's crap, but he's not going to be a battler.

Someone on /shw/ traded the legendaries to me, and while it took longer than most other Pokémon, I was able to get the porygons by trading dittos. In total I think it took a week to finish the Pokédex so when I say it took longer to get the porygons I mean that I took a few minutes maybe an hour to get them. I was able to get 100+ new Pokémon each day.

What is a viable way to get a shiny charm? Get a bunch of games or trade them?

Recently caught a Joltik through DexNav, on about the 340th encounter.

Been tearing my hair out looking for a shiny zubat via horde encounters. Hit the 404 mark(2020 zubats in total) before coming here.
Is horde hunting the best method for a zubat(taking into account the hassle of moving shake spots in DexNav)?

Got this guy last Monday, but shw was gone. I got it in less than 24 hours, on my white 2. That must have taken more or less 700 resets. Pretty meh IV but I'm planning to send it to sun so it's not a problem. Really happy about it, never found latias even after 3 months on the same cartridge.
