Guys, /padt/ has a serious problem. For the past four threads in a row now, we've had to sperging autists battling for supremacy. One guy is some autistic duplica posting serena 5 get false flagger, and the other guy is some spoiler-tag using -_- bunny posting autist who has no problem spending literally 20 hours a day replying hundreds of times in his thread, all the while stale is posting wherever increasing the buttpain that much more.

Let's ignore the fact that they can't get over themselves about who has the new thread. Let's get over the fact that they're samefagging. These three individuals alone make up around 70% of each and every new /padt/. They are spending 20 hours a day controlling conversations and spamming whatever they feel like at the time (Serena, Milfie, etc.) while sprinkling in tidbits of conversation here and there to make it feel like /padt/ is still /padt/.

/padt/ is no longer /padt/. Not a single person in this thread should still be talking about Milfie since she hasn't shown up for MONTHS. Not a single person in this thread should still be spamming amour like it's the main focus of discussion. We should be talking about the Citroid's death, Steven's role, what Malva is going to do, if anyone else is going to show up, etc., but instead, three guys are completely controlling the conversation.

Is there ANYTHING that can be done at this point to stop this? Am I going to be called duplica/false flagger/stale/scott/etc. for making this post?

Do we all just LOVE this and are lapping it up like a dog?

Lastly, outside of mod intervention banning 70% of the thread (aka the three users posting in it), what can realistically even be done about it?

I thought the whole Puni-chan song deal wouldn't fit the mood of the current events, but when it happened right after this whole episode, I thought it was super sad. Well played, I guess.

The reason it feels too soon for Serena to leave:

1. Serena's only been around 3 years, not 4 years like May/Dawn

2. Serena was inactive for the first year of XY, so she really only felt like a complete character these last 2 years...making it feel like her run is even shorter


I also feel like the writers could flesh out the showcases/tripokalon's a lot better a second time around, maybe including racing and sports segments. You can tell the writers weren't really sure what to do with them at first, but a second round would improve them greatly. Idols are still popular in Japan so it makes sense to continue using it.

Just watched XY&Z 40.

Pretty amazing episode, honestly. Great writing all around as well as great animation and camera work. Can't really ask more from an episode.

It was good to see part of Lysandre's backstory. I don't think the games really explained what drove him to do what he did.

Alan breaking down after finding out how used he was was good too. I feel kinda bad for the guy.

Clemont's confidence against the two admins just shows how much he's grown as character thanks to Ash. He wouldn't dare be this confident if the crisis happened at the start of the series.

7v2 against Lysandre was pretty weird at first, but when you realize Lysandre wants to destroy everything, then it's justifiable to not bother with any rules. Guy's gotta go down asap.

Serena offering to help Manon was nice. She remembered what she said to her before the league finals. Sycamore tagging along is great too.

Bonnie feeling Squishy's pain was interesting. Wonder how that'll come into play later. She's definitely going to be the one to calm him down later on. It was nice to see Blaziken Mask break his superhero persona temporarily because his daughter was in pain.

There were lots of other great little things throughout the episode. It was amazing.

I'm looking forward to the next episode. I'm excited to see Steven return and I wonder what role he'll play.
