Umbreon is trash-tier, especially in competitive. None of the Eevees are exceptional (Espeon and Sylveon are the best in that regard), but Umbreon is always used by shitters that think it's good.

It isn't even "good" ingame (I use that term loosely because you can win with a fucking Sunkern), because you could always just use a more offensive Dark type or an Eevee that can actually do damage.
