You liking Poliwhirl instead of Poliwrath is just your opinion. The only true fact about them is that they are both Water-type Pokemon from the same evolutionary line. Its actually pretty decent. Good attack, reasonably bulky, sheer force.

A lot of people rag on its design, but I've always liked it. Its like a mix between a dragon and a gargoyle. I enjoy it even more so now that I know what animal the color scheme is based off of.
