All he needs is a damage buff and he'd probably be decent, but as it is, he's just too weak. No damage, no health, a shitty counter, slow, and a terrible homing attack in field phase.

It gets beat out by everything, since the attack is so slow, characters can use their homing attacks after his starts and beat him out. The movement of it is really nice since it avoids some stuff, but the actual attack is absolute shit.
