Thanks to the wonderful people here I managed to breed myself a timid 5v Larvesta, and a timid 6v Gastly. Now I have a crap ton of leftover Gastlys and Larvesta's I need to get rid of

Timid and Modest are two of the best natures for Volcarona in the long run. Modest boosts its already high sp.attack and Timid boosts its speed to the same amount as its regular sp.attack. Its one of my favorite fire types to use next to Houndoom
