So I want to do an eeveelution run in Pearl when I play it for the first time in a week or so. To my understaning, with GTS closed on NDS, I would have to have a NDS (not 3DS), and Action Replay, or know someone with both of those to trade wirelessly, yeah? You can see both your OT and ID regularly, but your SID is hidden, so yes you need someone with access to ALL the data to be able to know it. It doesn't really matter if they're level 100 though, they'll still "look" like yours.
