it's cool in concept, but the pokemon style really doesn't do the concept justice. It'd be a really cool yugioh or magic monsters. But it just looks silly with the Pokemon art style. I think Gengar remains the best example of ghoulish pokemons done right.

Gliscor is a piece of shit pokemon that left weavile in the dust. it gets fucking poison heal and what does weavile get? super luck? sniper? NO it gets fucking pickpocket. they didnt even have the decency to keep inner focus, which could have at least countered fake out nor did they give it an ice type slash to take advantage of the claw motiff and gliscor's 4x weakness to ice. gliscor can go die in a fucking hole.

I get a scorpion with wings might be boring to some. But I wouldn't consider it badly drawn. It has goofy proportions because it's based of gligar, and it looks alright, the claws and everythingare designed better than gligar imo. But I get that's mostly subjective
