Eevee is example of Pokemon line well done, each pokemon is distinctive, but doesn't drift too far away from source.
Eevee gets higher note for especially pleasant design
Umbreon and Espeon get higher note for duo done especially well
Sylveon gets note lower for breaking out from eye drawing convention
