HOW are people getting their Pokemon up to level 1000+ so quickly? Where do you fuckers get the stardust for that? I spent two hours today on a walk, used two incenses, caught 40+ Pokemon, and still only had enough to level my highest Pokemon up by 5 or so. Are people spending real money on this or something?

Can I leave my phone on idle and every pokemon I come across will just stay there when I find it? Or will they dissappear after a while.

So anyone else think it's complete bullshit that your Pokemon don't get more powerful from defending or fighting gyms? Why does their CP not increase?

I love in a city, so all the gyms by me switch teams every hour so I never get the coin or stardust bonuses. Fighting gyms is literally just a waste of resources at this point.

If I just leave the game running while at home, will Pokemon eventually spawn in my home?

I dropped a lure out in front of a library and a whole swarm of nerds showed up. We were playing and talking and having fun.

Then some old guy walked by smoking a cigarette and seemed weirded out by all the 20-somethings hanging out at a library. He stopped to talk to us and turns out he was out walking trying to clear his head after he caught his wife of almost 10 years cheating on him.

My friend has been having trouble (happened twice in different locations) battling in gyms. Whenever he beats the second Pokemon in the gym it just keeps attacking and won't faint. Is it the same color? If it is, the best you can do is add it to the gym, which requires the proper level. Gym level 1 can only have one leader, Gym level 2 can have 2, and so on. You can level it up by continuously fighting it though.

Well today was an absolutely nothing day. Servers kept going out non stop, even when America is supposed to be sleeping.

I only lost gyms, could never conquer gyms because of server bullshit or the 1 hp glitch.
Going downtown for stops was useless since they would never load.

Seems to not have affected everyone though because many Valors and Mystics had no problem taking my gyms. when I couldn't even get on.

From my experience the footsteps usually represent the amount of circles distance wise that the Pokemon can be found. You know when your trainer pulses out a circle? The largest it gets counts as one circle. One footstep means it's within one circle range. Two means two circles, etc. I haven't narrowed down direction yet, but I know for a fact the radar pulses if you're going the right direction. If you're two footsteps or one footstep away pop an incense if you have one.
