How do I get my screenshots to show up in a different folder?

I made a new folder for Kanto episodes and renamed the XY one Pokemon Kalos.

Unlikely to the point of being almost guaranteed not to happen. Ash isn't battling Shota at least until he gets back to Goodra's swamp, and after that he'll probably be in Lumiose City for the TF finale (episode 32 with Charizard in the data broadcast is two episodes later and it's likely to be the start of that). That means the Mega Sceptile vs Ash Greninja battle from the OP can't happen until after the TF finale since Shota doesn't have a key stone yet.

Pikachu hasn't had much of a character other that the occasional "leader" since the first season.

And then also the only time he seriously had any character was the first epsiode honestly.
You'd think they would have stuck with that and made Pikachu have difficulty getting used to new people or something like he did with Ash, would have been pretty nice and an easy thing to work with. But they just dropped it immediately.

I think its telling that customization wasn't in ORAS, but now its back with Sun/Moon. They probably didn't want people to change May or Brendan's designs, especially since they were new. Also May is too important to be replaced like Lyra or with a customized character.

I just can't see them ever doing it, it's way too fucking risky from a financial and branding standpoint.

The reason it's hard to get rid of Ash is the TRio. They could draw another Red/SM trapboy expy with a Pikachu and make Rica and Ohtani voice them, but the problem is what to do with the seiyuus of Jessie, James and Meowth: if Ash leaves, TR has to leave with him too.
