So why is SMT x FE here not another Devil Survivor, but in a medieval setting with some swords and more characters who can permanently die if you lose them on the battlefield? The only thing I would have been looking for in SMT x FE is "turn-based strategy RPG with SMT demons", and you can scale Devil Survivor up to what I'd actually hoped for pretty easily, then moved it from modern Tokyo to a fantasy world.
