Finally caught a party thing. It's a special stage that has no progress bar that you access from the top page. It costs the same stamina per step but also gives 10 more points and 12 more tickets than normal (normally, you get 6-10 tickets per step) on each step, and also gives you a chance of meeting friends/NPCs. When you meet one, you get something like 85 more points and 22 more tickets than normal (75 more points and 20 more tickets than the party stage's rate) for that one step.
Every time you meet someone, that person is also meeting you. This is important because it shows up on the log on the top page. When other people meet you, it shows you got 5 points and 3 tickets from that meeting. When you meet someone, it shows you got 75 points and 20 tickets from that meeting.
As for the length of the party stage's appearance, it seems to have started at 7:00 JST and has a little bit of text below the button that says it'll last until 10:00 JST, so this time it's three hours.

Also, it seems there's only one the infinite stage and no normal stages, since the stats seem fixed at 4 stamina, 5%, 10-20 points per step. That means the party stage is 4 stamina per step and 20-30 points per step, and meeting someone gets you 95-105 points for that step.
Since there're no in-stage events, you need to plan carefully when skipping to make sure you don't hit the stage end since it'll use up as much stamina as possible all at once, including for the wasted step. For reference, 80 stamina is 100% of a stage, so 40 is 50% and 20 is 25%, etc.

Finally, the mochi pounding thing's rewards don't follow a linear pattern with regards to the amount of rounds you get to pound it. 2 rounds is 120 points and 30 tickets, and 4 rounds is 200 points and 60 tickets, but 8 is 500/150 and 9 is 600/180.

I genuinely don't have a reason to return from what I've seen posted about the events. MCC has become a boring game that repeat the themes as an excuse to include repeat the avatars. Even reusing rare ones like achievement award recolors and backgrounds. It's wonderful for new players but in exchange has removed the sense of pride and collectibility for old players.

The other games suffer from some repeated themes too, but the event items are all new and they are easier to play with much longer event stamina. My only hope for MCC is if they temporarily stop repeating themes after cycling through every older event and use at least one idea from my wishlist.

It will play like the Gathering Materials minigame in the Tailor, and you can even use the Fever Candies for that minigame to start a Fever in the event. Don't get caught unawares. Just want to confirm if anyone knows if there ever was any other type of elf ears in Nizikano's past other than the 3 types we've seen in Eng DG? A cursory look shows that those three are the only pointed ears. There are three other pointed ear items, but they're just older versions of the horizontal Elven Ears item; they're that ear in the three different skin colors, before they replaced those items with the current Elven Ear item that changes color according to the skin color of the DG it's equipped on.
