JP MCC just started a new event.
It's called Visitor from the Moon. Story's a lunar princess comes to earth to see what the moon is like from there, or something like that.

It's a fairly simple event with only two gimmicks. One is at the end of every stage there'll be a mochi pounding minigame, where you just press a button to pound mochi until you get a result. Depending on the amount of rounds you get before hitting the result page, you get different amounts of points and tickets.
The second gimmick is a time-based special area or something. The help says you'll meet lots of people and get more points and tickets than normal, but it's not clear on what it actually is. There's a large box for text on the top page that currently says "Moon viewing log empty" for me, that's probably related to this.

The help also states that double candy will affect mochi pounding results, but otherwise it seems that's it for this event. The tie up effects include mochi pound continuation rate and the rate of some other thing probably relating to the time-based stage.
