For the BBQ area, no matter which side of the wall it faces it'll be visible from an outside window. I think the one in kitchen might also be visible from the outside window too, but I'm not sure.
In the bedroom, the mirror on the right is just fine. I suppose it would have to be a crouch height mirror on an unreinforced wall for it to be useful though, but it's risky if they have an Ash or a couple grenades. The mirror on the left is in a bad spot, there's a window right on the left that leads into delivery.
