Well it's an accessory, so unless a character uses fists (in which case you'd use Champion's Belts), it's BiS for all physical damage dealers. Doublehand users and characters who've already reached the 300% ATK boost cap get the most benefit out of it because they want more flat ATK boosts.

I have no clue why you replied to me but it depends? Accessories don't typically have +% ATK in good quantities, so often that +45 flat atk will be better than you can otherwise get. Sure if your character has massive base ATK and you have Rings of the Lucii out the ass, those will be better (unless you hit 300% ATK without them).

It's one of the best things you can use for doublehand builds, too.

A2 is already a great chainer on par with OK, so pulling hard for OK is probably not a good idea in your case. However having both means you can switch between A2/OK depending if the trial is DEF break immune or not, so it does have it's use. Probably best to save up for Ayaka.

Can someone sum up magicite dungeons for me? I've really been nursing the nightmare dungeons because the gimmicks are mostly shit and unless I planned to actually craft/use the ability I never even bothered to deal with that stuff. So I still have a few left.

I'm mostly wondering how accessible the magicite dungeons are? Is it something I should be trying now and hoping to clear or are they like the ultimate end game stuff that makes the final event bonus battles (that I have varying degrees of success with) look like a joke?

It doesn't replace it, but it does add to what you can do with Erarra's Wall. It's like a mini RW that you can use anywhere twice a dungeon, just like a RW. They also provide some minor elemental defense or boosts depending on which ones you equip.

Well, you get stuff like Enkidu, which can activate a bit after the start of the battle, it can give you an instant heal then do some attacks occasionally before it cools down again. You could attempt to keep certain party members on standby once you kill off the first wave/second wave arrives. Haven't done either of the 2 summoning ones because my summoners are absolutely horrible. The only offensive SBs I even have for summoners are regular/unique SBs that are just ass in today's market. I also haven't done the kaiser dragon, but I think I have the capability to once I dedicate more time to that one to get a better setup.

The others that seem like they'll be walls for me are the two white magic ones. Reraise I honestly dgaf about because I'm never going to use it anyways. The curada one I actually have tried but I just don't have any kind of offense from white mages and I run out of hones even though I can live forever.

Unfortunately, the barrier shifting is the biggest problem with KD. There's no way getting around a bad RNG pattern outside of S/L. How is your damage with those RMs though? What are you bringing as your roaming warrior? Outside of the RM thing, it seems like a solid enough team.

Refia and Y'Shtola are at a similar level. Y'Shtola's main benefit over Refia is her ST full heal, protectga+shellga, and her innate dualcast which is rectified if you give Refia DC materia. Refia slightly edges her out due to being a tiny bit bulkier, having status ailment immunities, Embolden, and full raise. Also keep in mind that depending on your support their secondary support abilities might be less important. Aria edges both of them out because she has AoE full raise, AoE esunaga, an MP regen move and full heal on her LB. She's not strictly superior in every way to both because, like Tilith, some of her best moves are abilities and she can only use one a turn so she can't, for instance, raise one unit and heal the rest of the party on the same turn.
