All of them, really. I liked the dark vibes of the Victorian-esque Yharnam and how it ties together with the body horror monstrosities summoned from the beyond. My favorite book is Dracula, so seeing that twist on the typical gothic city was very fun.

I didn't care as much about the lost civilization of the Pthumeru but I did like how they tried to transcend to tomething greater along with the scholars.

In all honesty I'm pretty much asking for BB2 here, but anything else along those lines is fine too.

Read some older fiction contemporary and pre-Lovecraft. I'd recommend two stories by Algernon Blackwood, 'The Willows' and 'The Wendigo'. The former is a heavily atmospheric story, slow, moody, it was HPL's favourite weird tale and he described as such 'Plot is everywhere negligible and atmosphere reigns untrammeled'. The latter is a lot more cinematic, I'd say there's more 'story'. Both are fantastic.
Walter de la Mare's 'Seaton's Aunt' is also deeply fucking weird, creepy and heavily atmospheric. It's not overtly weird, no monsters or anything, but it implies so much, it's genuinely amazing.
William Hope Hodgeson has a story called 'The Voice in the Night' is a really creepy story about fungus at sea.
ALL of these can be found online for free, too.

I'm a huge snob who has a low opinion on anything that describes itself as 'Lovecraftian', because 9 times out of 10, all it means is 'hey this game/movie/comic has tentacle monsters and spooky books!' instead of understanding any of the themes or concepts of cosmic horror. Bloodborne is by far and large the best piece of modern Lovecraftian media.
