Do Eye runes increase the rating of the gem drops? I've been farming Silverbeast for godknows how long and he keeps dropping 18.4 rp gems (rating 18) but I need 19.1 rp gem (rating 19).
kind of wondering if the one rp point will make a difference, probably not but I need it to be perfect.

wew that's not great, but I get pretty wildly varying speeds, anything from 65mb to 2mb download speed and even less for upload. I've never noticed anything game-breakingly bad, the odd bit of frame drops, that's about it, but downloading games and patches will be a nightmare.
