Is there a way to increase rendering resolution on transparent surface? For example when object is partly under water the wet part is about 1/2 resolution than the normal rendering resolution. ive seen jackylegs and his crew stack tf2center and faceit countless times. thats one of the reason they implemented the 2 player limit in faceit in EU, and he still kept stacking with his medic friend who only healed him.
in tf2center its objectivelly easier to stack unless you play one of those "Advanced Lobbies" that only donators can do, plus the page is chockfull with ads.

I live in the rural midwest so my internet is real bad, but thankfully I can get halfway decent ping (~60) but only on Virginia servers.

But the only problem with that is that TF2's piece of shit matchmaking seems so fucking determined on putting me on any other server location BESIDES Virginia. Washington or LA? No fucking problem. Even Brazil.

So as a result, it takes me anywhere between 5 minutes and a fucking HOUR to finally get to a server that's actually fucking playable. And even then, half the time it's the end of the round so all the players leave if the same map isn't picked. Remember when you could PICK a fucking server? There was a list! I could even make a list with all the Valve servers under a 100 ping. It was great! Nobody even complained about it.

But now I spend half of my time playing TF2 just looking for a server, and immediately disconnecting when I see it's a WA server where I get 120+ ping.

Fuck the TF2 team, it's 2017 there shouldn't even BE a matchmaking system as shitty as this one.

And I've been looking for servers as I type this, and I got 8 WA servers in a row.

i wish saloon.tf was still alive and wasnt affected by the whole CSGO betting scandal

Like I get that thebstats are cool and all but are there situations where someone will be too shitty to kill me when milked but not shitty enough to be killed unmilked? Are there situations where it will save an ally?

I've had countless times where I would have died if the enemy wasn't milked.

I find it useful when fighting Heavies, or if I'm low and I see a straggler that I can hit in the meat

When I'm not Scout, usually as a Heavy myself, I really appreciate it when a Scout milks an enemy Heavy, it means I can engage without having to worry about retreating for health afterwards.

Other than that, your team'll appreciate it when you tag a spy or douse a fire (plus being able to douse yourself is always handy)

GREAT in MvM to throw on robots, especially bosses and large groups.

In more traditional play it's useful against pyros, both for dousing yourself and giving yourself a constant source of healing if the pyro has you lit on fire.

Also it's really fun to throw it on a contested point C on Degroot Keep when people are swarming it.

On maps with lots of ledges I find the Winger to be better though.

Either way, this can be used against you.
