The DM glitch makes the game think your mule character owns those apartments so when you buy the cheap garages you earn money equivalent to if you were selling the high end apartments. Your main character still keeps ownership of the apartments and you dont ever rebuy them.

I doubt rockstar will work backwards and give the savage an upgrade. It's known for being really fucking slow and a massive target. A pistol magazine will cause the engine to stutter. The hunter will be customizable and will most likely have flares and actual armor. It's better to just save your money and wait for the update to come to compare
