Ehh , the Syndicate Suda melee creates a clone of the killed enemy but I think that is from charged attacks not finishers, JatKittag has a mod that makes enemies killed by it explode dealing base damage +% of their HP but it works on normal ( E spam ) attacks

I don't remember any weapon having special finisher abilities , Jaw sword , Heat sword , Karyst dagger and a few others have useless gimmicks on the slam , like the Orthos P deals blast damage instead of Phyical IPS on the slam
