To be perfectly honest, that batch seems super underwhelming. Zoro is good, yeah, but seems kinda niche/super RR dependent. Sanji seems good, and Chopper seems niche as does Nami.

It's gonna be harder than last time.
I'm aiming for 5 legend, two on luffy and Zoro and one on Sanji.
But the 2nd legend thing will make this event way harder. People will try hard to get into the top 2000/1000/100 and so it will be harder to just get into the top 5000.
Sanji top 100 will be unreachable, too easy and too much people. If luffy is hard it might be the easiest one to get both reward since he will be hard for most people.
Zoro seems like the trap one. Not hard enough to prevent people from clearing it, and top 1000 which means everyone will run it to get there.

Kuro is an outright superior version. I'd say the 10 combo is way more useful, he doesn't shuffle the bad orbs out, so with Red Force and maybe Invasion Shanks that's a couple good orbs you can get yourself. The extra socket is meaningless since Bind/Despair/AH is what you will need, everything after is not mandatory.
If you have a Cerebral or Slasher team, get him.

For luffy :
Stage 3 is random, you can get int jinbei that under 50% put up a resilience buff, he doesn't have that much hp probably 600k

Stage 4 is Monster chopper or Franky, both with fodder, Franky gives you an atk buff for one turn don't remember what chopper does. Not that much hp too, like 800k.

Luffy stage, he is with a dugong, he preemptively seal your orbs for 2 turn, paralyze you for 2 turn and rewind your special by 2. He put up an armor buff for 5 turn and delay protection too (but not that high since zoro special kill the dugong). After you get back your special he rewind them for one turn and do that every other turn I think on top of some little damage (probably percent base) He has less than 3M hp, on death he revive with just 50k hp and deals 18k damage. He deals around 7k damage on a 1turn CD.

On death the dugong summons 4 other dugong.

Beat it with a Zoro team + Magellan sub.

The new vivi seems perfect for luffy stage.

Some of them rely on "lol just kill the miniboss in 2 turns without wasting specials" while getting a lot of convenient matching orbs, but if you don't get good orbs for some consecutive turns you get hit like a truck. Plus you can get despaired multiple times during the stage. If you lose most of your HP and you have a 1.5x boost most of the time then Fuji becomes hard to control. And finally you have to sacrifice a driven spot for raid boa, else you can't damage chinjao.

I farmed 29 Luffy, which ranked me 399. i'll try to check the ranking to stay under the 1k marks for luffy, meanwhile I'll try to get into the top 5000 in both Zoro and Sanji.

Cola is in short supply once you're out of chopperman missions and there's no way to intentionally farm it outside of specific events. It's all RNG but maxing forest ships is expensive.

Max the Thousand Sunny once you get it, then save the rest of your cola for forest ships/rayshop ships that you need. It'll be a while before you're clearing any forests other than Mihawk if you're only at Arlong park though.

They fucked themselves. Power creep early on was steady, then around Akainu/TS Luffy time everything suddenly jumped to fucking massive numbers. The fact that new RR units have captain abilities rivaling/better than some legends is actually absurd.

I mean, you do need to give the whales a reason to play and pull which is where most of the money comes from. I understand that, what I really hate is how there are so little ways of fixing old and useless units.
First we had Sailor Abilities, and I thought old units would get incredibly good stat boosters that would make them viable again, but only the latest units get those.And then came superevos which only Legends are getting so those are not even being used either.
It's like they just want to completely burry the old units in favour of the shiny more powerful new ones.
At least Colo has helped us get a constant supply of powerful and useful F2P units, but even those have begun to be overshadowed.

The name of the game is farming. That is all you will ever be doing. You farm something to allow you to farm something that will allow you to farm something else.

GPU is important so if you don't do it now you'll have to do it eventually. Kuro is around permanently now though so if the current fortnights have units/skillbooks you want I'd prioritize them. If you can't beat Mihawk yet then figure out what you need to be able to beat him. Is that a max GPU? Keep farming. Is that just evolving/leveling some units? Do that. Then kill Mihawk. Then farm Mihawk. Continue from there.

Like yesterday in 7 hours, the number went from 17 to 29 needed. But from those 29 yesterday, to now, around 7 hours passed again, except now the number needed is 85 runs.

By using specific items or clearing specific islands you will improve your"熟練度", which is something like "Proficiency".
By, improving your "Proficiency" you can unlock the following, among other things:

Obtain a sailor ability
Reduce CD (as in starting CD, not the same as using CD sockets)
Get an extra socket slot
Improve your Captain Ability

There are other abilities that you can unlock if you look closer in the picture. Those are probably Improve ATK/HP/RCV or something. But, we need more info on it to be sure.

Well in Dokkan you have to farm "potential orbs" from an orb stage (one stage for each type). These orbs are used to unlock nodes on a skill-tree type thing. There are different nodes that increase atk, hp and defense and special ones that icnrease things like special attack, crit or double atk.
There are four locked points on the skill tree that stop you from unlocking 50% of the nodes which you unlock by feeding the unit copies of itself.

I don't think it'll be that similar but I can guarantee that there'll be a shit load of farming involved.

This is really worrysome. I don't know how they can avoid enlarging the powercreep even more. You can give Ray a 5th slot, or a slightly higher chain multiplier, and that's good, but on the other hand what do you give to TS Luffy, Neko, G4 and Akainu? Monster legends will benefit way more. Also more grinding, possibly behind a thinly veiled paywall. I don't like this.

I'm not sure if I should farm Zoro, I'll for sure farm to stay in the top 5k in both Luffy and Sanji, Now I don't know if It's better to try to get into top 2k of luffy or top 5k of Zoro.

I HIGHLY doubt this system will work with dupes

1) Ray shop already exists for that exact purpose
2) We are getting fewer pulls, and therefore fewer legend-tier characters compared to ex. Dokkan.

I'm thinking that they will release something similar to specific socket tomes that you need to farm on separate event isles.
