Most Wanted U was surprisingly decent but the city wasnt that well designed and didnt have the atmosphere I wanted out of an open racing game. Shame since its one of very few actual car racing games since the Gamecube. Might wind up getting Forza Horizon for PC or something for that niche.

I enjoyed what I played of Sega GT 2002 on the Xbox. Very unique feel to everything.

Also really liked Namco's R:Racing Evolution (aka the only GT alike on the Gamecube although not as sim heavy) because it had Phillip Island for some reason and it was just relaxing as fuck to time trial in.

I had a dream that Nintendo released a Splatoon switch bundle exclusively to Wal-Mart with a digital copy of the game Sept 8th or something

For my Wii U I own and have enjoyed: MH3U, MK8, Splatoon, Bayonettas, Tropical Freeze, Pikmin 3, W101, Star Fox Zero, Fast Racing Neo, BotW, Captain Toad Treasure Tracker and Ninja Gaiden Razor's Edge.

Now I want to get a Switch for Splatoon 2 but I'm not seeing anything else for it worth spending big on a new console for. There's XX but I've already gotten 600+ hours out of that game on my 3DS and there's Mario Odyssey but I've never really been into 3D Mario games.

If you can get it cheap, I'd say it's worth it for the built-in levels as they have challenges/objectives like "Don't Kill Anything" which I thought was nice.

As long the usb to ethernet is compatible with the Switch then theoretically you should have no trouble.

A wifi extender would be shit though as you still have the lag inherent in wifi.

But if that's all you can muster for your setup I see no problem. Likely better than the piss-poor Switch wifi on its own.

You'd want HDMI to Component really for the Switch but even then... Neo Geo roms look fine on LCD with no filtering.

I should play around with the $30 white Wii that's hooked up to my CRT setup (with my N64, Xbox and the much neglected PS2) and see the Neo Geo ports on there...

Of course I had trouble with emulators/VC at original resolution/240p on the other CRTs in my house so the advantages haven't been that apparent. But the Dick Smith CRT I have in my room is a bit more tolerant of weird shit (like the output that comes out when you play NTSC games on a PAL Everdrive) so I'll mess around with it eventually.

The other Wii I have hooked my monitor with a cheap Wii->HDMI adapter which is about on par with component which is nice. Finished off Skyward Sword and had no problems.

My pro controllers have no problem. I understand how people are getting wrong inputs and I feel like some of that might be because of sloppy/lazy handling of the controller. Maybe you have a magical good one but the consensus is you can trigger a diagonal just by slightly changing the pressure of your thumb on the very extreme right/left side of the d-pad.

Its not normal and makes fighters with precise direction required for commands or Tetris very hard to play.

You can do two things:

Heck no. The online was awesome when it was up. Taking and building bases with a clan or group, earning dosh, and upgrading your weapons and toon.

Then there was the regular multilayer stuff like free for all.

The single player is a pretty nice arcade shooter that has parkour or ninja gaiden-like running and melee, but sadly the free form movement of the game really shines in multiplayer since the levels are larger and more open while the single player is more linear.

It got a lot of bad reviews by people who are bad at the game, but also NoA didn't have online servers up for reviewers to get a full grasp of what the game would be like online.

At launch there was literally 10,000k or less copies send to retailers with GameStop.com getting the most units. So not only was it almost impossible to find a copy, it was almost impossible to get a decent game going with enough people. It's the one Wii U game that I hope gets a second chance on Switch.

Howdy, whilst I have done this before THIS time I have a much larger sd card which has thrown me of, how to do a system transfer and KEEP the older, larger memory card from the older system?

Last time I was lucky enough my local eb games let me do the system transfer in store and wish to do that again but how will I go about keeping the old card, what just do the transfer to the new system stock, then just insert the new card after the process is done provided the sd card hasn't changed content?
