Spent 5 apples for this event already (and this included AP from leveling around 10 times), haven't gotten any of the drops I've wanted other than one Octo rock for Nero.
Should I just go all in and waste my last 4 apples to push my Gil up? Id be missing a Monument, meaning I couldn't even ascend him again after the snakes.
Havent suffered this much in a game in regards to drops since I tried to get a Draconic Visage back in 07/08.

But it was really about finding joys in today – even when it doesn’t seem like there are any… and about having faith in a tomorrow. Basically, Tohno Shiki could die ten years from that conversation with Aoko, or he might not even wake up the next day. Although we don’t “live close to death”, the same basic concept applies. There are no promises in life. So you can go through life miserable only to be potentially snuffed out tomorrow, or you can find your own happiness and hope it extends into your future.

The biggest reason why figurines and such tend to be very expensive is that they're collector's items with limited runs and (hopefully) quite high quality.

Even if I could ascend my guys, I don't have enough exp cards to level them all up. My gil went from 60-80 and that took away all of my exp cards including my 2nd archive. I have none for my altera lvl 70 -> 80 or for my nero lvl 50 -> 60.

Karna is weird. He has better raw stats than Scat, gets his NP more easily, his np has a better anti-divine propeetty than her skill for it, and is better for crit meme damage - but one of his skills is a wasted slot and his np is an aoe buster so he winds up being a way worse boss slayer, and can't clear doors at level 1 np which limits his use for farming.

He's sorta good but you're better off with an AoE Rider like Drake or a ST lancer like Bryn/Scat in nearly every situation.
