Clinkz is not a traditional carry by any means, he can't man fight anyone and relies on his teammates taking the brunt of the attention in fights (he is like Sniper in this way, and Sniper is rarely the hard position 1 carry anymore). If you want to have good ganking potential while being able to pressure the map, and at the same time be able to fight carries, then you pick Slark. If you like being invisible and things like that, then pick Weaver or Slark. If all you want to do is """"split-push""" then there is no reason you need to have position 1 farm-priority and be a "carry" that way. You can achieve better results picking a hero that is designed for split-push like Furion.

How bad was Juggernaut in 2012?

What is the proper way to deal invis heroes or heroes who buy silver edge or shadow blade?

I typically play support and trying to defend my self with sentries is just not working. Even if I can ward them off, it still uses so much of my money. Yeah we may kill the invis hero but not always.

What is the proper way to handle invis heroes? Particularly slark or shadow fiend.

I resent playing support sometimes because I just can't get the items I need to survive. Invis heroes take away all my autonomy. I can't go anywhere for fear that there is a fucking slark right on top of me.

I also hate that invis makes people so brazen. I could be near a team mate and the invis hero kills me before I can react.

Invisibility is a double-edged sword because you as the supp enter a mindgame with the invis enemy hero.
If you have a ward down where they don't know and they walk into it and they're alone and you're with someone else, it means that they are out of position and will get punished.

It's hard to explain it in words since a lot of warding comes down to game knowledge and sort of predicting the invis hero's movements, but in a few words: place them where you will need them. Tell your team where you're placing them and to play around that area.

Its a useless stat, Howl looks like great healing because of its frequency and global nature, and the fact it counts as healing to someone at 100% hp, its used once in a fight, usually at the start, and wears off, but counts as a lot of healing, but a few heroes wont even take damage before it fades providing them zero benefit.

Oracle, Omni provide more consistent single target healing which can stop someone dying, significantly more potent and useful in fights and can sustain a single hero for a long period that would have died with just Lycan Howl.

If Healing Ward counted, Jug would be by far the hero with the highest healing, and would have been for years.

How do I branch out into other roles? I typically just play support because I don't feel that I make a good core. I honestly like trying to cripple enemy heroes by either ganking or just shitting on them in lane. However, shitting on a enemy carry in lane doesn't happen too often now unless they have weak lanes.

I am most interested in offlane after support. I don't like mid and I don't like carrying. However, offlane seems like one of the most restrictive lanes in terms of which heroes can do it succesfully.

I don't want to play centaur or timber and shit like that. I would like to do offlane phoenix but apparently that really isn't a thing anymore.

Or maybe undying? I hear undying can't take a tri-lane though early. It seems offlane fucking pivots on you playing a hero who can farm that jungle camp nearby.

apply situational items in between as necessary but this should be the standard item build. Treat CK like medusa, and just go farm. Once you have heart and level 2 ult, which you should get both around the same time, the game is over.
