Hey Steve players, I was annoyed that rbnorway had a lot of missing frame information and some flat out wrong stuff so I made you all a frame chart. There's a few inaccuracies here and there that I need to iron out, but it's for the most part correct.

I'm still adding to it and I want to get accurate frames for whiff, crush and sidesteps, I have also missed a couple generic moves that would be useful to know too, like spring kicks.

There's also some combos and oki setups if you care for it.

Yes and no. Once people are more aware of what she does it becomes pretty hard, some matches people will just block everything because she really doesn't have that many gimmicks. But you really only need one opening to do stupid damage, especially with a wall.

So I don't even play Kazumi and I know she has db4 which is a great low poke, she has a semi hellsweep and she has a good command throw with df1+2. U can definitely open up opponents with that and make them duck to hit them with mids
