A few days ago in duos me and my nigga is looting zharki all alone, then an airdrop lands far far out in the water and we have no boats, we stare at it like hungry seagulls for a bit before giving up, but then a boat arrives and grabs it and we start pelting them with bullets(over 1km away), they go into zharki for whatever fucking reason and we chase them down and even with their groza and kar they can't do shit and eventually we push them into a house and I smash the door in and pump their faces with shotgun.

Then we get double silenced groza.

A suppressed UMP can fuck people up to about 200m. Your enemy will not be able to figure out the source, which will let you whittle them down.
Shotguns aren't capable of that. They're basically completely worthless for the midgame, and they kill only a little bit faster than an AR or SMG up close. Nobody's denying how good they are at game start, but once people get into cars and driving away from towns and into the circles (which are usually outside towns with only small farmhouses inside) their effectiveness drops. Anyone in the houses is going to try and kill you from inside while they are out of grenade range and have cover.

Cosmetic crap is understandable, pay to win is another story, although there will probably be a paid DLC giving you a melee weapon or something, like a machete or katana before you hit the ground.

With new game modes, nighttime, 8 man squads coming soon, planned 12 - 30+ man squads, larger servers etc I foresee a game mode that drops you already armed according to a pre-picked loadout/class if only for lightning fast rounds - consolitis will probably push it in this direction to add such game modes.

I don't know if it needs a buff really. It would probably just make everything a little to samey. Maybe if they add more non-crate rifles they can adjust the positions of the weapons, but right now I don't really see a need or a good adjustment for it.

m16 has the highest ROF if you're fast enough single fire. Most of the other stats for the m416 fall right between the scar and m16. If they buff bullet speed they have about 20 m/s to play with before it's the same as the m16. it requires more attachments just to be a worse gun too.

It does 50 dam when the AKM does like 42 or 43, ie the SKS will probably get nerfed to 2 or 3 points higher than the AKM.

As for the new rifle (M14 EBR) it's a goddamned crying shame that it's a crate drop, esp. considering IRL it's a fucking boat anchor that is inferior in every way to an M24 in the marksman role and loaded it weighs almost as much as the M249 SAW - thanks to the Sage EBR chassis. It's also really not that accurate for a DMR rifle/Battle rifle. That SAGE chassis only tightens groups to around 1.5- 2 moa

It's going to be the first battle rifle/semi auto DMR's (of several) in the game - likely meaning we'll see FAL's and G3's and almost certainly see a SVD Dragunov - hopefully it's a rando with a fixed 4x only - they can make a modern SVD-S with fancy shit attachments a crate drop.

Keep the specialist weapons, machineguns and high caliber/ instakill sniper rifles as crate drops

I got a Groza the 2 days ago on a water landed crate.
I proceeded to get 4 kills with it, squad won dinner - and this is late game, the circle ended on the coast.

It's an absolute monster.
The Mk14 should be a heavy boat anchor that takes up 70% of your inventory weight (assuming lvl2) like the SAW and 2 belts will .
Should be as or less accurate than the M16, have full auto that entirely too fast and damned near useless and easy as fuck to get tired of holding while standing compared to a KAR, SKS, or M24.
Again were talking about a weapon that weighs almost 12lbs unloaded, without any attachments - without a scope or bipod - and when said items are attached we're talking about 14-16lbs

What many don't seem to get is that clothes have a gameplay impact. Some of the clothes make you stand out like a sore thumb while others do a fine job of blending you in.

They could do weapon skins [you pick up your first neutral M4 from the ground, it switches to the skin you have in your account] or parachutes, since both of these have no influence over gameplay.

I mentioned it, the only way to sort-of see if someone is a stream sniper is to check his past games. If player X constantly queues up with the same player and goes out of his way to kill him [like camping in the gas on a bridge for seemingly no reason] multiple times you can say that's a bit fishy.

That being said, the rule itself is dumb as fuck. There's no realistic way to check for it in an automatic fashion, you need people to watch multiple replays and judge the context of the plays, far from ideal if you want people to be sure of an objective judgement. If they want streamers to not be streamsniped they should either provide tools like a streaming-mode [obfuscate parts of the UI such as the minimap] or let the streamers themselves to the easy thing and put on a delay and/or put overlays like Grimmz does. Of course the latter still doesn't stop him from moaning, which is really dumb considering he always go school, this makes it possible to queue up unintentionally time after time with the same people and it's very easy to be picked off.

The crack is always perpendicular to the origin of the shot, ie: if you only hear it to your right it's either in front or behind you.

The most important thing comes after though, you'll hear the crack and after it the actual gunshot, so learn to listen for that; this only happens from about 250m upwards btw (if it's below this range you shouldn't have a problem).

Don't doubt yourself, if you think a shot is from 285 then keep cover to it, people will shoot the ground and try to make you second guess and expose yourself, some even use their silenced pistol for it; if you're covered and the next ones don't hit, keep covered (don't stop ADAD-ing).

Honestly this probably holds him back from being incredibly entertaining. At least that's my opinion. However, I understand having that much investment in a game to the point where there is little mechanical skill left to gain. The M4 is great for close to mid range full auto spray and pray. Really controllable, especially when kitted out.

AK is also good with a 2x or 4x. Just pace shots, hits like a truck.

Not him, but over in my country the 1070 is about 1/3rd more expensive than the 1060 6GB (100€), 3GB isn't even available. 3GB is fucking useless anyway.
