Yakuza. It's supposed to be paired with Beserk/Frenzy but If your using Beserk/Frenzy you want damage and high Armour. ARR does very little for you and for some reason that's what this perk deck focuses on. The speed is nice, but otherwise it's trash. It should either give more flat armour for you, or increase damage.

the maximum DA you can get (only source is Maniac deck) is 600 / 25 * 2 = 48 DA

one way to put that into perspective is to consider the lowest amount of damage it would take to break your armor in one hit compared to the equivalent DR required to do the same thing. let's assume you're wearing ICTV with the minimum skills required to do so. your total armor is 221.

damage is applied against DA first then immediately to armor with no gate mechanism so a hit dealing 269 damage would break your armor if you had had max DA
48 is approximately 17.8% of 269 so that's how much DR you'd need to survive the same hit

you can easily hit 35% DR from only skills and depending on your choice of perk deck, you can get even more DR or boost your armor well beyond 269

this is all before taking into consideration how much damage enemies actually deal as you increase difficulty

it happened back when they introduced the new revamped skill trees.

Frenzy was supposed to give damage reduction against you to only your health (and I think it was around 60% but I can't remember). But the bug caused it to apply to armour as well, meaning if you stacked Armour and DR you actually could not be killed.

The devs scrambled to fix it, but apparently due to how it was coded it would take a bit to fix and instead of trying to push a quick update to remove frenzy and possibly cause more problems, they let us go wild for like a week or two with it.

So basically the build just revolved around being invincible at the time.

Actually the trick is to turn the handlebars all the way before turning.

People try to turn and move at the same time and it doesn't work because the bike is basically moving in a straight line for the first 1.5 out of 2 seconds you're moving and you get jackshit done.

It's really stupidly annoying when scraping the walls makes your vehicle do an instant 180.
