I need help, how the fuck do I do these Lloyd quests?

The closest I've gotten to success is with a team of Lloyd and
Azura (mostly for her dance, but can tank Lloyd once)
Klein (can oneshot the flier and blue cav, can't solo the cav archer)
Lukas (can tank multiple physical hits, but can't kill shit and the mage blows him up)
also have a Sharena that can tank the archer once and do some actual damage

I usually end up not killing shit fast enough before cav archer and blue tome come into my range and I have no idea how to place my units anymore. I don't have F!Robin or Xander.

Just tip the scales with male Robin. You can also smite a unit into right side of the map to get rid of the blue tome with a bulky unit like Hector, or even better you can have a flier reposition or green mage/high-res 2-range unit pivot into right side and then come back next turn to avoid Lloyd chasing the unit on right side of the map. This'll give you plenty breathing space, beyond that units like Narcian and Michalis work great for ridding of annoying units here, axe-breaker/qr Narcian can take care of most of the units too.

I don't expect the Halloween to make sense with their costumes and weapons.
We get shit like a candy bow and a watermellon on a stick for the Summer, they'll probably make something stupid having someone with a pumpkin outfit with a chocolate axe in a bat shape

I use +Atk Caeda with Deathblow for that since I'm too cheap to get her a new weapon. Needs a Goad or 2 with the hone to ensure the 1 shot on defense tiles, but fliers can usually afford to wait for him to get off if necessary.

Loyalty to the land (or lord) is the defining trait, but they also need to otherwise be possibly convinced to join you. e.g., Gale is in love with Miledy and would join if he weren't so loyal to Bern, same thing with Ishtar, Reinhardt, Camus, etc. The problem is that after FE6 Camuses were much less developed as characters, unless you count the BK as one.
