Beasts can grow as galaxy threats or more. Goetia's entire plan was going to modify the fucking universe as we know it and Kiara was said to be a galactic threat and she was just half of Beast III. They are basically beings that reached a red label, no matter of their origin. Primate Murder can also become a Beast which is presumably stronger than the DAA version, same as Tiamat, Beast Tiamat is far stronger than herself as a goddess that got defeated and locked up with ease. Beasts can start as anything (including humans as Kiara), the Beast title is something they earn when they power up and modify their spiritual foundation.
Each needed an asspull to make defeatable, take damage and get killed.

Apparently this is an endemic issue on their side if you google it and see all the support threads/people leaving for amazon/iphone, and apparently this little doozy is something that doesn't have a reasonable timely solution. People apparently have had this issue for weeks and eventually changed providers due to frustration. And apparently it fucks up redeem code credit too, so it's not like I can go and buy google play cards onto my account because apparently that won't work either. So pretty much I can't buy any more quartz
(and no the card isn't closed, I tested that by successfully making a different online purchase with that card between this and my previous post)
God fucking damn it. The thing I'm maddest about is that I now have 50 bucks in google playstore credit that I cannot add to, and now I can't even buy the 80 pack, all I can get is the 60quartz for 40 bucks.
