The Sleeper has this statistic even though sniper rifles have never been able to random crit. Although if memory serves, all crit servers used to only work with weapons that could random crit. I believe headshots count as a 100% chance to random crit, so taking away the headshot would remove the 100% chance to random crit. in turn, this statistic was only added so the user would know that it didn't work with all crit servers.
