I still don't see what people are freaking out over balance.

During all this time there were no semi-weekly balance patches. The power creep was actually at it's worst in mid-season 2 for OP as fuck new players but re-balancing old players was something that only happened every 6-9 months. Miho, Elaine and Milky were exponentially more game breaking than Presty, Aiolos, or Miri ever were.

For all of 2017 they are re-balancing players by the dozens every single month, and reworking entire classes (Attackers, long passers, and long shoot) for both performance and AI. We see more balance changes in 2 months than we saw in all of 2015.

Balance is not the only problem. You are blind if you can't see them.

And also, the game is not balanced at all, it actually has one of the worst game breaking strategies we had in a long time. It used to be either a certain attribute, or very specific strategy, but now its balanced towards legendaries. So you either play with legendaries or bust.

The problem with the legendaries being too strong is that it fools people into thinking the game is balanced, since you will see a lot of different teams, and different colors, but all of them have a legendary ratchet, and the amount of legendaries required continues to increase. And the main problem is that the amount of legendaries people can get isn't increasing, if anything, they are trying to milk them with shit like the $99 legendary pack.

In early 2015, late 2014, some of the highest scoring teams in the game had players like Eden and Mira, and some of them didn't even have a single legendary. Soon enough, the teams will be full of legendaries and people will reminisce the time where 5*s were important.

Without specific players most people know they are not even getting to the 50 crystal club (floor 42 or so?). COD is one of the more boring aspects of the game (although infinity is no better, you can hit 100-200 crystals without even trying, on auto battle, with a normal PVP team).

My team was actually way worse before chains rework, but the problem is not the team I have, but which I don't. Galaxy is full of legends, passing through champs is chore, matchmaking is rigged, CoI takes forever, Live-PvP is massive shit nobody cares about, certain combinations of players end game before it even starts, while others makes the matches last forever. Variety of teams looks nice until you realize all of them have Duran, Jiho, Meta or Balth while the rest is a filler and who doesn't have these is barely relevant. Furthemore, stone reroll is prohibitively expensive, team cost or any sort of limit made the game obviously broken, you have no resources to try different strategies, half of 5* are useless and sure-way to defeat or nobody is willing to try them out. Yes, it was a mistake how they high they set the target. They also made some chains so that they cannot be active while having a reasonable team (who the hell runs two GKs?), but the overall design makes chains far more relevant and better design-wise that they were.

If they didn't aim for maximum jewery it would be easy to use chains to boost less relevant players while keeping more powerful as-is.

Front and Backline of my team are ok (i think) with Elaine, Karpila and Shanti in the front and Gaphyl Shu and Magnus as backline.
Midfield is pretty weak i think with Cynthia Pinol Lukia. I've lvl 1 Victoria and Jade Rakasha, are they good replacement? Should i start invest in them?

You'd have to rework everything. I think the biggest issue really is Legends. They're too powerful and tend to overshadow all other players as a result. If anything, there should probably be a stacking debuff per legend, or something that prevents or discourages using too many legends.
