This is simply not true. They were good by 2015 standards back when Kiki was relevant and silk ace was not yet nerfed. The only reflex totem available to WW backline is the 25% that Miho herself brings.

Miho has embarrassingly bad reflexes even with her own totem. You could rely on her to gift wrap the ball and hand it over to the enemy front line every single time she held the ball unless you ran her with FTS.

This patch gives her some much needed CAR to but it is likely too little to matter. There is already no room for her even on mono-WW backlines.

I use Miho too, but yours looks kinda weak. My Miho had 2k+ reflexes and still lost the ball all the time, mine also had more power, I guess it's because of the other backliners? I used magnus-kiki-miho-aiolos. Magnus with EotS, Kiki with Earth something, miho with FS, and Aiolos with EBM.
