Yes, they both (California and Atlanta) appear with crosses like I didn't select them, effectively I can't connect to a game with the latency I was used to prior to the majors. I feel like people shoot me before they see me far too often at 140ms. Not to mention seeing my shots hit the target and then have the replay say I didn't connect or shoot.
