In the trilogy I wouldn't have used this as evidence, but Andromeda actually bothered to differentiate heights for the races and make male humans taller than female humans. Anyone else think that the whole Rannoch Arc was totally out of place in ME3?
I refuse to believe that the Quarians would decide that it's best to retake Rannoch with fucking Reapers already IN the galaxy fucking shit up. There would be no point to retake their homeworld at that point, seeing that they would probably loose it to the Reapers within a few months at most. I think it's more of an issue with Bioware trying to stuff as much relevant plot as they could into ME3, after fucking nothing important happened in 2.

I think it would've been best if they'd stuck the whole Rannoch Arc into ME2, without the big Reaper fight, and instead have you decide the fate of the geth then are there as an extension to Legion's loyalty mission. Maybe fighting inside some huge server complex deep with a cave system of Rannoch or some shit, decide whether or not to destroy the geth/quarians, or try to make peace, and then your decision carry's over to ME3, and effects war assets/quests etc.

The first has a good story but drags a lot and most people don't like its gameplay. I would recommend starting with the second (seems to have the widest normie appeal, and if nothing else is good at immersing you in the universe) with a downloaded import and catching up on the first via a quick plot synopsis. Having to play through the whole first may well kill your interest. If the second appeals to you sufficiently, then either go directly to 3 or go back to 1, then 2 (it's fun to replay as another class), then 3.

If nothing else the series as a whole provides some 150 hours of entertainment for not a lot of cash. I got the trilogy pack for a friend for $15 and Andromeda for $20 a couple weeks ago.

Im glad Andromeda did so poorly. The new galaxy shtick is lame when you dont have a properly fleshed out old galaxy. So, I was thinking of writing a Turian character raised by a Human/Turian family. Was thinking whatever the turian side is, is likely going to be a romanboo because that's likely the only thing they'd be interested about our history.

Anyway, getting to the point. So, I was looking through Roman names (Bioware did straight up use then with Septimus, lazy bastards), and realized that Marcus had a pre-christian Roman origin.
