As for optimizing, 3 Twice is overkill, since the combination of a bit of stars in a standard QAB chain and 2 Twice is almost always enough for a servant with EAM to soak up alll the stars. So you might want it only on your support, and put a L/ZO or shit like Halloween Princess on your DPS.
