the best skills in Duel Links format are Balance and Restart. Sure, they're not flashy but they guarantee a godly starting hand for stuff like Zoodiac or True Draco.

Never fear getting a hand full of spells on True Draco, now you're guaranteed to open at least 1 monster along with 2 spells and 1-2 traps depending on your ratios.

I can see Destiny Draw being good too on decks that can manage their life points.

You can ONLY attack directly, and creatures don't have to attack.
If you summon a boss monster and never attack with it, your opponent has no way of getting it off the board without using removal.
And if your opponent attacks and you want to keep one of your creatures, simply don't block with it and it'll never die.
