Alt Tamamo instantly wipes out the average player's party with a single attack and calls them trash, but then once they're healed they defeat Lilith. Meanwhile, a tired normal form Neris was equal to Granberia.

Make sure you have completed the two quests that Promestein puts on that board. Both involve going into the secret lab where you find Hildr.

Once you do so, and you have completed the Vampire Bar, talk to the left vampire that sells drinks and Luka will turn into a vampire (completely screwing your ability and equipment setup and forcing you to equip them again the bastards).

After that, from the Pocket Castle main hall you can speak with Prom and you can unlock Vampires for humans, Beast for Slimes (requires you to first unlock the Beast race for that Bunny Slime) and Fairy for Mermaids (you need to complete both Lucia and Gigi's sidequests, which involve visiting all spirits).

Btw, for each character you want to give a new race you'll have to pay items to unlock that additional race, so have fun with that. You don't lose any race during the process btw (for example, human characters can still switch to human races if you don't want them to be Vampire anymore).
