Alice is decent as a Holy-Yoma/Holy-Mage combo healer just like Sonya.

Spec Alice right and she can, basically do anything. Although her stats are actually beat by Alicetromania (Same willpower/higher magic and dex) and Promestein (Who has second highest Willpower/Magic/Dex only beaten by Grangold King).

Alice is Alice, shes pretty good at everything but shes also outshined by other people you get (same with Lolias)

As i said Alice can be speced into anything, her Noble skills are actually on par with Luka's damage at the start of the game (plus shes really good with rapiers).

That said by part 2 she may be better than anyone (Including most queens) but she falls out to specialist (Queen Elf/Luka/Grangold King/Alicetromania/Lucifina/Michaela) as her generalist use is diminished.

See, have you ever gone through an economics class? Ilias has what's called an absolute advantage while Alice has a comparative advantage. If you force Alice to try and fill the same roles as Ilias, it'd be inferior. So there's no reason to. She'd lose out less from concentrating on other roles.

There's also the fact that Magic only works as an attack stat while Willpower is used for magic defense. Ilias is a better healer, then, considering how devastating magic attacks can be.

Legitimately one of the best JRPGs I've played. The problem with RPG Maker games is that they lack quality. They're often poorly made and not worth playing.

MGQP is the exact opposite of the typical RPG Maker game. The amount of effort that went into these games is stupendous. It's why it's taking so long for the translation, there's so much content. Every monster has dialogue that gives them more personality then the original game gave them. Every. Last. One.

And every monster in the original trilogy either has or will appear plus hundreds of new ones. Succubus Witch and the rest of the Succubus Village characters appear in part 2.

Various reasons.
#1: Corrupting what is pure. This may not necessarily be the monster's main priority though.
#2: Predator instinct. A little shota most likely has less ability to fight back than a grown man, so monsters often naturally see them as the preferred prey. In the wild going after the young ones is one of the most basic predatory tactics.
#3: Mating instinct. For creatures with long lifespans like monsters, one of their main concerns could be having a mate who lasts as long as possible. Naturally shotas have the longest lasting power.
#3: Purity, but not for the same reason as 1. Sometimes the monster wants a cute boy who hasn't been touched by others so she can raise him up as "her own".

Here's how the Nero/Neris and Shikimamo fight should have gone:

When Tamamo begins to lose the beam struggle, Nero (untransformed) appears and casts a time spell that extends her unsealed form duration, which evens the two sides again. Neris (untransformed) also appears and chides Nero for acting on the sidelines too much. Before Nero can object, Neris charges a Monster Lord's Cruelty that merges with Tamamo's beam and obliterates Shikimamo. Tamamo reverts back to her sealed form from exhaustion but before she can question what happened, Nero and Neris have already disappeared.

Other than Alice suddenly using Eternal Darkness or Reaper stopping time you should be fine. Luka with Halo Night Custom and element-inheriting skills can bypass most bosses' resistances. If you have Alice as a support dancer, she can keep your entire party healed while debuffing the bosses and dealing damage on the side. I went in with the party I used to beat the game (Luka, Alice, Hild, Black Alice) and stomped every boss except for those two by accident while trying to get Lucifina to spawn.

That's because she went the extra mile and used sturdy materials to simulate the real deal as good as possible, rather than sewing together some bags stuffed with cotton and tieng it to your back. I mean it's not the most mobile cosplay for obvious reasons, but it's visually the one most accurately representing the character in question. There needs to be more monster girl cosplays like that. The problem is that a lot of monster girl types are hard to do that with, Centaurs, Lamias and Arachnes are significantly more difficult to make a convincing high-quality version of that's affordable than say a Harpy or Dragonkin. Doable, but most people would probably stick to something simpler. And don't even get me started on Slime cosplays. They are almost literally impossible to do.

I mean, the closest thing I can think of would be correctly colored latex suits and facepaint of a matching color finished off with an appropriate gloss. Then you can just make a makeshift wig out of jelly, harden it a bit and use that, precolor it if you want some transparency for it. I don't think we know enough about how the management of dark energy works from a monster's perspective to say that something 'doesn't make sense' in regards to it. It's too abstract a concept. We don't even know if it has to be stored somewhere.

It was basically just a plot device that serves to let Ilias start her plan. "How is she killing monsters?" "Oh, because Black Alice handles it somehow" that's all you really need to take away from it.

That said, the first tartarus world was a bit of an anomaly because even Ilias is surprised about their apparent decision to kill Luka so who knows what the hell went on there. The entire point of Ilias enacting her plan was for Luka to also reach the point where he could defeat Black Alice so she can achieve power and the Q and A blatantly stated that if Luka were to retire from his adventure, should postpone the plan for hundreds of years.

But in that world it was enacted anyway AND Luka was killed so the circumstances are obviously quite different, whatever lead to them

If you pay attention to npc dialogue in part 2, as the story progresses mutant crops begin appearing all over the world.
