How the fuck does that affect anyone else? Fucking autistic admins

Sawbones was a constant greytider and known metacommer before being an admin. He never RP'd, just valid hunt and play with his meta friends while mostly ignoring the rest of the crew. The only reason he became admin is a bunch of his meta friends commented on his application saying he was "bretty good 10/10". After receiving adminship, he has done hardly anything. Very, very few bans. On the forums, he never actually contributes, just shitposts in threads unconstructively. In the discord (which I don't like but whatever) he shitposts even more, even receiving a ban for it at one point. From what I've seen he's constantly at odds with other admins I assume it's always regarding people he has befriended outside the game.
He is literally the worst admin we currently have. He has not reformed. He's just been unable to do what he preivously did due to his admin position. Now he just uses his admin position to give a leg up to his meta friends. (link to this topic) Even other admins think he gives his meta friends importance over other players. Possibly even carrying out metagrudges. Again, the worst admin we have and I don't see how he still has it. The only reason he still is an admin is because he hasn't done anything TOO bad, but then again, he hardly ever does anything to begin with.

IC relationships are fine. Persistent relationships (through rounds) are fine. Agreeing to play together before the round is fine.
Letting IC relationships become a problem for everyone else (the example the rules give is that it's gone too far if at any point when you want to kill one of them, you can be reasonably certain you'll have to kill the other too) is not fine. Agreeing to play together in a way that gets you am advantage in-game is not fine.
Say two people are playing right now. They're very good friends out-of-game and they wanna do a gimmick. They decide before any of them are in a round to play two IAAs named Black and White. This is fine. They then decide to play secret agents and make a codeword system where one could say something seemingly innocuous or nonsensical and the other would get a clear and different message from it - say, "janitor just killed a man." This gives them an unfair advantage over everyone else and is *not* fine. In fact, I remember the Omega logs had him PDA Angelite "what's the thing we always do at the start of a shift?" or something like that because he thought Angelite was a ling and an admin pointed out in msay that it was metagay
