I'm sure you can react out of it while Sora is still in the air like how Finishing Leap is. When Sora jumps off the roof we see him do the aerial version and recovers pretty fast before falling diagonally/sideways.

I think they made Sora fall like that just to get him into the fighting stance so they can make a seamless transition to the next scene.

It's up to you, but Mega Flare is basically easy mode. I was going for completion so I used Destiny Islands to grind to 99, and then used nothing but Moogle Room, Moment's Reprieve, and Calm Bounty cards for CO. You'll really be feeling it when you're done with Sora's story and you move onto Riku's with its set decks that you can't change and non-existent story in the card worlds.

My heart sort of goes out for Namine, she was consonantly used by the Organization and DiZ for their purposes, and the only meaningful relationships she have were based on false memories. Then unlike Roxas, who fought like hell to try and remain an independent being, she just sort of seems to accept that Kairi's own existence should overwrite her own.

As for Castle Oblivion, I would be very surprised if it wasn't a level considering that's where Ven is. If I had to guess, I would say that after you get Aqua, she clears a path so you can just get to wherever Ven is, and that floor becomes a proper level.

I have played every entry in the series except for the two numbered ones, so I'm thinking of getting the I.5 + II.5 remix.

Thing is, I have actually tried the original KHI on PS2 and it felt really unsatisfying to play, though I do not remember what exactly put me off about it. Has the remix made any major improvements to gameplay or is it pretty much just a graphics overhaul?
