It depends on what difficulty you want to do, I think silencer skills is a bit unnecessary but if you're doing OD and maybe deathwish it'd be better. Alternatively you could go frenzy/berserker and use anarchist with the LBV. Raven is likely better shotgun choice overall after changes, my build is older and I threw the last few points around pretty willy-nilly
