With a hammer(or tassadar or tyrande or various other heroes) you lock your team into a specific style of play that they *need* to build around otherwise your team gets completely dismantled. Hammer comps do not chase, they do not do a lot of things very quickly, they zone and slow-push your team into oblivion.

Azmodan *is* technically stronger right now, but he's also much worse in a fight (especially when built for splitpush). His generals are very powerful and globals (like dehaka) are frequently banned, Ragnaros is also out of the meta which improves azmo power.

With azmo the major thing is that he's almost always going to be trading his life for a structure. Zagara won't die for structures and she's much stronger with archers present (cause infest) but she doesn't have the global trait or the ability to attack structures without retaliation like lazer azmo.

Sieging wrath + black pool + generals is the 'good' azmo build (now that hanamura is 'fixed') because you can still poke a bit and 'contribute' while generating pressure via generals.

stukov has to manage timing, positioning, difficult skillshot, even detonating his heal midair to make full use of the heal over time. He's also a lot more dependent on his teammates to peel for him, uther and malf can at least root whoevers coming for them, if he misses his arm cause tracer or genji are running circles around him he's fucked

in the weeks to come I expect some dedicated stukovs to have a consistently high winrate with him, and see some good performance at HGC
