No, the fact that their HP is on the lower end of the spectrum means that that BST has to go somewhere else. You can also make a guess that her def might not be that great because she was taking 10 damage from the sword cav she killed with the Ridersbane, which is a lot to a 30 HP unit. She was also doubling.

From that, you can make an educated guess that she'll have low to middling HP and defense, which means all of her BST is being pumped into atk, spd and res.

It's the same with Delthea, her HP is shit and her def will likely be as well, so to maintain a standard BST she's going to have high stats elsewhere.
