Persona 5 or Nioh is your best bet.
Nioh is weird to say "one run" considering one character is meant to do multiple playthroughs on a higher difficulty each time. It's probably my second favorite game on PS4.
Persona 5 is just an obscenely long game that is comfy as fuck and is really fun. It's my first favorite.

Shout out to Yakuza 0 though it's my third place and is a fucking fantastic game, you're just not going to get 80 hours out of it.

They all have some filler shit. Nioh has sidemissions that feel really repetetive because they play on the same maps as the main mission or very few and tiny extra maps, yakuza 0 has a shit ton of minigames but the gameplay is repetetive and the mainstory is short, don't know about uncharted, GR 1 has some good side missions but the game is very short while GR2 has more sidemissions but they mostly suck, persona 5 has so much fucking dialogue that it's insane and a good chunk of it is just there to make it feel more realistic but when you hear for the 10th fucking time that you have a bunch of time left and how everyone is scared shitless despite you having reached your goal already it gets tiring.

If you get nioh I would get the season pass. It adds a lot to the game including a new weapon type currently and yet another weapon type and more new areas on the 25th. All of the Persona 5 DLC is skippable.

This, the phone screens, and the general public screens are what I'd cut down on the most to make the game a 10/10 in my eyes. I could probably deal with Morgana forcing me to go to bed if I at least didn't have to see so much of the same stuff.

Does Atlus accept fanmail? Because this is something I desperately want them to take into consideration with the next game--I doubt an enhanced release of P5 is in the cards. The elemental debuffs are the biggest ones in the game, with Water techincally being better than a Weakness talisman for Elemental builds, Earth being flat better than the Ki one (can't remember the name) and Wind blowing Devi talisman right the fuck out of the way. Again, there really isn't a reliable way to find some stats out

I don't have the time or energy to record a run, attack, roll animation for all weapons, one with the debuff, one without. Honestly, call it 50% as it would lie in the region of the others.

I suppose a low damage enemy attack such as an Imp lick would do for the damage value. Problem is getting the debuff in the first place, as You would need to find a place where both an Imp and a (specifically blue) yokai head spawn at the same time, then conduct the test while the debuff is active and praying to god the Imp doesnt get three tastes of Wirriams good stuff.
I know however as a fact that the water debuffs all defences as I checked incoming damage from the pure elemental damage of a yokai head attack before and after, which if I remeber correctly went from 269 to 323, IE roughly a 120% increase, rounding up. Of course it rounds up

Easist to test, just watch the damage from a normal attack, get winded then get the damage from a winded attack. Honestly, I run a Wind build from experience, so I can say with some credibility that the debuff is between 50% and 75%

Its confirmed on Fextra, so thats good enough for me. Sounds right anyways.

Nothing to see. % of your health DoT. Honestly, poison is better both as a DoT and that you can't roll it away. After Bisha's and some of the DotN weapons, a poison build is probs better than a fire build if you have a fetish for reoccurring numbers. If you are having trouble, the helmet shit eater gives you for 30 dung balls has a unique stat preventing you from being killed by DoT. Great against Shiranui's.

Ii the pirate set, Enko and Kato/Suzaku for fire damage proc and a (once) shitty netcode meant that you could dash into your opponent while applying buffs, low stance stunlock them, then dash away. At which point the server catches up to your bullshit and the second player can react, at which point they can either
A) Attack and die to the minimal health being burned away
B) Dash away and heal, at which point our Shiranui user has their energy back for another round of R1 spam
Then next round, repeat and
C) Shiranui user pops LW and wins

It gets tedious and makes 2v2 superior in every way shape and form. Spears occasionally countered this if the netcode was up to it, but the only real way to fight cancer was with cancer itself. don't waste amrita on spirits early on, especially if you don't have the dlc. cleared on WotD mission can easily get you 10m amrita. the returns from levelling spirits to 30 is pretty small and I beleive it costs around 10m to do so. until it starts costing you that much just to level up william once it's probably not worth it to level spirits up high desu. maybe to 10 or some. to get spirits to level 40 from 1 costs just over 40m. I just use spirit levelling to spend my spare change amrita. level william as much as I can dump the leftover into them.

Do I basically need to finish WotD and start farming before I can come anywhere near the good players I'm summoning? I'l level 240 or with level 60 body, have a spear with attack over 1500. Yet skeletons take like 5 full skill combos to kill. A high stance quick attack on the back on say a one eyed oni will do around 1200 damage I feel like I just chip everything.

Should I just roll one of the OP builds? I've been summoning help to clear levels just because it takes me absolutely forever to clear them solo.

Are non-elemental weapons able to be just as viable? I was running Itokuri as my spirit which adds +35 paralysis to a weapon if it has no elemental damage. But after finding a decent water and lighting weapon the combo is just too good to pass up, slow them down, lower their defence and then confusion stunlock them to death. Is there some other mechanics like the Itokuri spirit I can use with non-elemental weapons to make them even better?

Just got 12k glory for fully clearing a mission. I think it was only way of the samurai, but we killed every enemy, I showed the host 3 kodama, also the musical skellingtons summoned a handful of revenants too. I have no fucking idea how people are getting 4-5m or more glory each week though. Even boosting by quickly doing PvP or whatever with a friend should only get you a few thousand each time. So you still need to do that thousands of times too. Is there some endgame shit where you can get like 50-100k glory for doing one mission or something?

Just join a lower ranked clan. I'm in shimazu (rank 12 overall clan) and the last two weeks I've gotten 100k glory myself, that puts me around rank 30-35. At weeks end I have been getting a bonus ~35k glory for my rank in the clan and when our colour won I got another I think 12 or 18k on top of that. Also a 5% discount on the cost of things in the teahouse which was actually pretty good for the expensive grill transformations. I have no idea what actually modifies how much glory you get and what is optimal for farming because like I said, I was in samurai when i helped that dude and got 12k. Maybe the DLC on WotD gets you a shitload more I don't know. If only I wasn't autistic then I wouldn't require myself to get every skin and every gesture from the teahouse. Some of the lowest ranked clans have their top player with only 100k-200k glory sometimes and I presume the glory bonus for being top of your clan is pretty good.

I just had a quick look, apparently difficult means nothing, just how much stuff you kill during the mission. Also the longer you stay in one clan the better the bonuses are. So I suppose the optimal way would to enter low level missions and just quickly shred everything in sight.

To be honest however, I think I'm gonna stick with the 'Prevent death if health is above 30%' from Tokugawa. It's just too good to pass up from some of the more bullshit aspects of the game.

Non-element weaponss are viable, but you shouldn't be thinking about builds until you beat the base game and get access to Greens.
To be honest, make your own personal build and go with that. You'll get more satisfaction out of it over a YT build or copying one of ours. Try to focus one stat/element/effect above all others and go wild. As long as you don't run either Ii set or a Shiranui you are fine by me

It does boost damage (Albeit not as much as some of the other stats) but as a very good tradeoff you get a sizable Health increase with each level as well as general resistance increase across the board - something the other stats either don't do, or do to less than half the extent
