Yesterday I fought a Kat in Duomo di Sirio. She wall carried me pretty much right away into a wallsplat. Once I was on the ground after the wall hit, she kept using a low kick (dunno what it is, looks like a football punt) over and over and it kept getting her more wall hits. She must have used it 7 times in a row and I couldn't do anything and just died.

What are you supposed to do in that situation? I tried pressing back, front, and both side rolls. Nothing went through.

You can win Turbo mode easy by spamming a launcher or something over and over again. Everything comes out faster but maybe recovery is the same or something because you can get combos and stuff you can't in normal mode. I just spam F2 with Asuka every time in Turbo battle, I get like 4 hits in a row. If you can do EWGFs consitently I'd imagine you can destroy turbo battle (and treasure battle) pretty easily.

I want to play a mishima. I'll never be tournament level but local FGC every couple weekends so I want to be able to KBD and wave dash correctly to be a cool guy.

I'm using a sanwa JLF and I can't figure out the finger motions to use to pop the forward neutral then df in any kind of speed.

I kind of play him like a regular character especially if my opponent is being aggressive, in other words baiting attacks then whiff and block punishing. Note there are some things only Yoshi can make whiff (with spin) or block punish (or even interrupt) due to flash. If you get a launch you might want to go for setups instead of damage, because his damage output is mediocre. For example a generic launch is 56 damage at best, but if you settle for ~42 and land the setup you might get 60-80 altogether. Setups and combos are where his stances come into play, in neutral they usually suck.
If the opponent respects you a lot you might sneak in an unblockable in neutral but don't count on it, threy're mostly for specific situations you've labbed out and know will work (tech chasing mainly). That's just how I play him though, you can go balls to the walls with stance shenanigans just don't expect consistent results or much success.

Check out Eyemusician for maximum memes, Knee's Yoshi for almost 0 memes and someone like Shouchan for a good balance.
